2026-07-21 Phase 17 Framework Runtime and Production Feedback Loop Deep Review Record

This phase adds a real pinned create_agent runtime contract without a Provider key and an Offline-to-Online Evidence Handoff and Regression Loop that defines one-way handoff among frozen evaluation, complete digest, release gate, Canary, runtime evidence, human triage, and new regression data. It proves pinned dependencies/offline fixtures/negative paths/public build coherence, not real model tool choice, Provider schema, IAM/object authorization, cost/network faults, cross-service transaction, durable telemetry, or capacity governance. SHA-256 is change detection only—not signature/provenance/approval.

LangChain teaching now has three layers: framework-free offline loop (allowlist/budget/call ID/errors), real create_agent plus FakeMessagesListChatModel shim (pinned graph/ToolNode/ToolMessage.tool_call_id/unknown tool or arguments), and LangGraph recoverable approval (checkpoint/interrupt owner/action/policy/fingerprint/approval). None claims end-to-end bind_tools, real-model quality/authorization/network, distributed transaction, or exactly-once.

Six precise MIT-verified LangChain images are allowlisted by upstream fixed resource/blob/local SHA-256; unlisted attachments still reject. CrewAI text makes human feedback neither scoped/expiring/audited authorization nor Memory/Knowledge an object-level ACL, and requires telemetry minimization/access/retention. Evaluation distinguishes classic MLflow evaluation from GenAI automatic evaluation; OpenTelemetry semantic conventions have version/stability limits and high-cardinality identifiers/prompts/outputs cannot be metric labels.

Verification: LangChain Layer A 63, create_agent Layer B 8, LangGraph Layer C 10, Retrieval Layer B 17; CrewAI Layer A/B 39/9; Evaluation/LLMOps/Monitoring 37/63/38; all stated modes pass. Third-party page URLs/image hashes pass. Cross-review resolves 534 wikilinks/5 anchors with 0 missing/ambiguous. Site tests 47/47; build 910 source Markdown, 570 full, 340 stubs, 913 staged, 2,454 HTML, 2,807 public files; gates 0, 57 courses/10 domains/4 tracks/75 folders. Key sources include official LangChain/LangGraph, pinned LangChain docs MIT tree, CrewAI, MLflow, OpenTelemetry, and NIST.

Next: isolated real Provider/bind_tools smoke tests; rerun CrewAI A/B before 1.15.5 adoption; connect evidence/release/approval/monitoring to controlled artifacts/IAM/telemetry and test concurrency/retention/DR; page-level review of remaining framework/evaluation/production material; and Obsidian visual checks.
